Gutters with Leaf Guards were installed in 2021.
Garage flooring is Nitro Vented tiles by Garage Flooring Inc. The original kitchen cabinets were installed on front wall along with an attached garage vac, GE refrigerator/freezer and shelving on both side walls.
The original front/side landscaping was entirely removed in 2014. Currently there are 5 individual stone raised planters.
